I finally got around to adding a Frequently Asked Questions page to my Website - yay! I hope this helps you all as you wander onto my page and explore! These are just a few of the questions that I am typically asked by prospective clients, so I thought it would be awesome if I had them all in one place that would easier for you all to reference.
1. So how do I book you?!
EASY! Let's start by filling out the Contact Form above. Then, once we get a date and location worked out, all you have to do is send your deposit, read over the Booking Proposal, sign it, and BAM - booked!
2. Why should I hire you?
For me, Photography is not just a job. When I go out for a shoot, I am not "going to work," I am living my dream! I also customize my packages to meet my clients' needs, I really want to work with you and I love what I do, so I try to make it as accommodating and customizable for you as I can. And, while many other photographers will actually send their images out to someone else to be edited and retouched, I do all of my own post-processing and I individually edit each photograph and take the time to make all of your images beautiful. Plus, every image I give you is yours, no "proofs" or any watermarks or forcing you to individually buy each image you like, they're yours for the taking! I'm so excited to work with you, let's make it happen!
3. How would you describe your photography style?
My style is very organic and true to the moment. I am not really into traditional posing and I like to make your shoot more like an adventure, capture the true essence and honest moments of your wedding day, and stay true to who you are as a person, or as a couple, or as a family. The images I produce provide emotion and create a subtle and moody feel with a very woodsy look.
4. Can I have multiple outfits during our session?
Of course! You can have as many outfit changes as you would like within the allotted time, just keep in mind that it does take time to change outfits. I usually suggest two outfits, and I usually suggest to have one casual outfit and one nicer outfit (a flowy dress maybe?!). My favorite is actually the casual ones, they end up photographing really nicely because you're the most comfortable and you're more yourself! I also share outfit ideas with you during the process, so I'd be happy to give you some tips!
5. What types of locations do you suggest for shoots?
My favorite types of locations are very organic and filled with nature, and have lots of greenery! I particularly love shooting at mountains, forests, or deserts. I would be happy to recommend locations to you, depending on whether you want to stay within my complimentary travel range or if you would like to be adventurous and explore a bit further!
6. How will I receive my images?
Oh, it's awesome. You will receive your high-resolution digital images on your very own Personalized Online Gallery where you and your loved ones can download them all with one click, tag favorites, share the gallery, etc. Yay!
7. Do you offer Print Release?
Absolutely! This means that you have the rights to print the images that you receive to your heart's content. Yay again! Just keep in mind you may not sell or publish (like, to bridal magazines and such) the images without written consent from Sarah Linda Photography.
8. How many photos should I expect to receive?
This will depend on what type of session you are booking me for and which package you have selected. For weddings, you can typically expect around 100 images per hour of wedding coverage (ex: 8 hour coverage means you can expect around 800 photos to be delivered). For portrait sessions, my typical packages include either 50, 75, or 100 images, depending on which package you select.
*Don't see your question here? No worries! Shoot me an email or fill out my Contact Form, I would love to help!*
I hope this helps you all! And I promise I will be more regular with posting blog posts! Keep me accountable, y'all! :)
